The service
AppRace is a public leaderboard where anyone can pay to rank an app higher. There is no account system — a payment plus a store link is what puts an app on the board. See Rules for what's allowed.
Payments are final
All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable. Every dollar paid adds permanently to the app's total — being outranked by another app doesn't reduce your total or entitle you to a refund.
Your responsibility
By submitting an app, you confirm you have the right to promote it and that the information you provide (name, tagline, logo, store links) is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without any guarantee of uptime, ranking permanence, or that any particular amount of traffic or downloads will result from being listed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppRace isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost business or lost ranking position.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
